JUBAIL INDUSTRIAL CITY, Saudi Arabia, Nov 30, 2023 -- Sadara Chemical Company (Sadara) has appointed Marco ten Bruggencate to its board of directors as a non-executive member. Bruggencate replaces board member Jane Palmieri, the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Thursday, Nov. 30, 2023.

Sadara’s board of directors accepted Palmieri’s resignation, effective as of Nov. 26, 2023.

Bruggencate currently serves as the Commercial Vice President for Packaging and Specialty Plastics EMEA at Dow.

Since joining Dow in 2000 as the Commercial Manager Polyurethanes, Bruggencate has held several leadership positions during his association with the company. Bruggencate holds a master’s degree in business economics from the Vrije University, Amsterdam.
